Table Project Update.... Getting closer....

Worked continued Thursday on the table project.  Our 7th and 8th grade students practiced using the band saw and the belt sander.  The students were very impressive how they grasped the angle concepts required to cut arcs with the saw.  Assembly begins next week.

Stewardship in the HOPE classroom

The HOPE classroom supports the school-wide stewardship projects throughout our learning communities.  However, the HOPE classroom also has our own projects.  Last year, a group of Kindergarten students built 2 bird feeders.  Now that November is here, we will begin feeding the local wild birds.  Chris filled the feeders Tuesday and will be monitoring them to insure a reliable food source exists for our local wild birds.

November 1st, Another busy day in the HOPE classroom.

Multiple projects were underway in the HOPE classroom today.  Projects included Carsyn's mosaic, Pilot and Cassidy's lolipop display, and Brayden working on the table project.

Well done!
